The holiday farm is situated at about ten kilometers north east of Treviso, near the river Piave, along the so called water reviving line (fascia delle risorgive).
Hospitality is offered in autonomous lodgings and rooms with indipendent bathroom. The present building structures derive from the faitful restoration of historical rooms caracteristic of the local tradition. Testimonial elements have been preserved such as round archs, eave worked cornices, the frescaed escutcheon, old river Piavestones built walls, roofs in original arcient wood.
The view is marked with glimpses of the blooming water reviving countryside. It is also caracterized from the adjacent presence of venetian villas dating back to the eighteent century and of other valuable historical buildings such as the chapel dedicated to the Madonna delle Grazie .

The present building structures derive from the faitful restoration of historical rooms caracteristic of the local tradition and are surrounded by a vast garden inclusive of parking place. Hospitality is offered in autonomous lodgings and rooms with indipendent bathroom. All the units composing the structure are equiped with autonomous heating system, air conditioning plant and television plant. The lodgings are also furnished with a daily sector, refrigerator ad electric range. Each unit is called with the name of a wild bird tipical of local game: 1 Beccaccia, 2 Tordo, 3 Allodola, 4 Quaglia, 5 Beccaccia, 6 Pernice.

The holiday farm is situated in the village of Breda di Piave, near Domenica Olivi square and Spineda Dal Vesco villa.
It can be reached, following the traffic signs for Breda di Piave, giong on the motorway A27 (Venezia-Belluno) as far as Treviso nord exit point, or proceeding along the main road 53, that links Vicenza to Portogruaro, from Treviso as far San Biagio di Callalta, or else travelling through the main road 13 between Treviso and Conegliano as far can be seen the indications for Varago Breda di Piave.

The nearness to Treviso township, to north Treviso motorway exit point, to main roads 53 (Callalta) and 13 make the holiday farm position a convenient starting point for venetian and west Friuli arts cities and olso for rapid visits towards attractions such as Asolo, Castelfranco, Conegliano, Oderzo, Motta di Livenza, Portobuffolè, Valdobbiadene, Follina, Maser, Possagno, Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, the river Piave, the river Sile park, Montello, Asolo and Conegliano hill-country. Adriatic riviera north- east seaside resorts can be easily ad rapidly reached too. It can olso be useful for the use the provincial road 62 (Treviso-mare). Not far from Breda di Piave are the resorts of Dolomite mountains such as Cortina dAmpezzo.
