 | 'A Better Stay' B&B is located 10 minutes from the main underground line that in 20 minutes takes you to the centre and it is well connected to Ciampino airport . | | The B&B is a new apartment made up of spacious rooms all with en-suite bathrooms and one large kitchen with wifi connection. | | It is our aim to welcome you to a clean and quite atmosphere, where you are free to come and go at any hour, and if need be, ask advice from who was born and breed in Rome, for the cheapest or most romantic restaurant, to the best tour guide that suites your every need, so you won't miss any of this ancient city's secrets. | | During your check-in you will receive the keys to the apartment and to your room leaving you free to come and go as you like and really feel at home!
You can book the whole apartment or for cheaper solutions you can rent just one or two rooms according to the number of people. |

From there it's a three minutes walk to our B&B, there is the the map of this walk in our website.

A reservation should be made telephone or by e.mail. Upon availability an application form will be sent that must be filled in, signed and sent back for confirmation. Upon receipt of the completed application form, confirmation of the reservation will be sent by e.mail.
Cancellation on behalf of Guest:
Cancellation fees will be applicable at the following rates:
More than 30 days notice: no charge
29 to 15 days notice: 50% charge of the reservation cost.
14 to 1 day notice: 100% charge of the reservation cost.
Such charges will be made through credit card transactions.
