Overview

	CK B&B is located in the centre of Rome. The elegant rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, colour TV LCD flat screen, DVD and safe. All rooms have a private en-suite bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. The owners speak Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
	Payment: A deposit (to be payed with PayPal) will be required after you complete the reservation (we'll contact you by email). The BALANCE will be due cash upon arrival
	ATTENTION: IF THE ROOM YOU NEED IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE IT DOESN'T MEAN IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE SEND AN ONLINE REQUEST (NO CHARGE). YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITH THE BEST RATE.
	Warning: Please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival or do it afterwards by e-mail. This is necessary to be welcomed without hitches, as there is not a concierge night and day.

Location & Transportation

Directions	Walking distance from the Colosseum and all the other major attractions.
Transportation	Near metro line A, Piazza Vittorio stop. Close also to Termini central station where you can find all underground and bus lines.
Airport	The air terminal from/to Fiumicinos Leonardo da Vinci airport is within walking distance

	The elegant rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, safe, colour TV LCD flat screen, DVD and bedlinen. Some of the rooms overlook the street, others overlook the court. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
	Breakfast is self-service and guests are welcome to make coffee, hot chocolate, milk or tea whenever they wish so that they can rise at whatever time desired. In 2 of the rooms you will have breakfast inside the room
	There is no charge for children under the age of four and a cot can be provided for babies - please request this when booking.
	The B&B is on the 1st floor.
