A newly built first floor studio flat available in the mountains of Aprica, available for weekly, monthly or yearly holiday lets. Fully furnished with 4 beds and all the necessities for cooking , washing etc. The appartment is about 38 square metres and is ideal for a couple or for 3 people.It has two lovely balconies overlooking the mountains. It is situated just 800 m from the centre of Aprica where you can do any of the following activities - walking, ski-ing (in winter), fishing, golfing, mountain biking, excursions, cinema, picnics, ice-skating . It is about 2 hours drive from Milan airport.

Location & Transportation

Aprica is a small and peaceful holiday town situated in the Italian Alpes. In the winter activities include skiing, ice skating, snowboarding and other snow related activities. Aprica is also very nice in the summer time and summer activities include horseriding, walking, cycling, picnics, excursions, hiking, climbing and fishing.
