Overview

Our house is a semi-detached with veranda and garden. Its developped in 3 floors:
in the ground floor youll found a living room with a fireplace (where youll have at disposal the hi- fi) and a double room with bathroom;
in the first floor a double room adaptable like triple and quadruple with bathroom inside and with balcony with view in the garden and a double room with bathroom inside and a private terrace;
a rustic basement where we live. All the rooms have hot/cold air conditioned

Location & Transportation

Our house is in a touristic area called "Capitana", which is 20 km far from Cagliari and Villasimius.
