Singles and Doubles: The interior decoration of all the 107 rooms has been given a typical Italian elegant style, choosing particular ceramics, objects and materials. Throughout the Hotel there are beautiful parquet floors and some rooms also feature natural fabric carpets. All the bedrooms are essentially furnished with contemporary look and the majority are complemented by trendy sculptures and fashionable photography. All windows have double glazing and a large number of rooms also features small balconies, and all rooms are equipped with an individualised heating/cooling system. All bathrooms have either white or beige marble with various mosaics. Comfortable walk-in closets are also available in 80% of the bedrooms.

The Suite Repubblica (1) - Situated on the second floor of the Hotel, the king bedded Suite Repubblica overlooks the ancient square and has a huge view on Piazza della Repubblica. The Suite includes two balconies, air-conditioning, computer-outlets, voice mail, two telephone lines, mini bar, safety box, satellite television, hairdryer, a writing desk and a fax machine (on request). The Suite Repubblica is connecting to a Double Deluxe Room. The size is about 65 sqm (699,67 sft).

Executive Suites (5) - All Executives Suites have a King Bed and are overlooking the ancient square and or with the view of the cathedral and of Brunelleschi's cupola. Some of them do have a balcony. All Suites include air-conditioning, computer-outlets, voice mail, two telephone lines, mini bar, safety box, satellite television, hairdryer, a writing desk and a fax machine (on request), a few have a separate guest toilet. The size of the Executive Suites is about 45 sqm (484,39 sft).

Classic Suites (3) - All Classic Suites can be Twin or King bedded. The difference with the Executive Suites is that they have no particular view. All of them do have a separate guest toilet. All Classic Suites include air-conditioning, computer-outlets, voice mail, two telephone lines, mini bar, safety box, satellite television, hairdryer, a writing desk and a fax machine (on request). The size of the Classic Suites is about 45 sqm (484,39 sft).
