In the event that you cancel your reservation, please inform us by e-mail within 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.
In case of no-show or late notification regarding the cancellation of the booking, we will apply the following penalties:
• 7 to 3 days before your arrival: withdrawal of the sum corresponding to the first night of stay;
• up to 3 days before your arrival: withdrawal of the sum equal to the entire stay.
Such withdrawal shall be by operation of no-show directly from your credit card. If you had sent a deposit to guarantee the reservation it will be kept in the same terms. |
