Macao Rooms is a new and elegant b&b accomodation in the centre of Rome.
Conveniently located 300 meters from the main entrance of Termini Station, it takes advantage of highly quiet position, being “Via del Macao” a little street of low intensity car traffic.
The metro stations of Termini and Repubblica as well as the stop of many bus lines and the taxi parking, may be found in the immediate neighborhood of the bed and breakfast allowing to easily reach any city area.
A great number of touristic spots, such as Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto and Quirinale just to name a few, are within short walking distances. British Embassy is just 200 meters away.
We have 4 different room type:
- Double room (double bed) with private bathroom and balcony on the 4th floor
- Double room (double bed)with private bathroom, balcony and independent entrance on the dependance’s 1st floor
- Double/triple room with shared bathroom on the 4th floor
- Studio apartment with private bathroom and kitchen and independent entrance on the ground floor of the dependance
All rooms feature independent air conditioning, heating , sat or cable tv with LCD screen, hairdryer.
The 4th floor units have free wifi in room.
The dependance’s units have fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything is needed to prepare and enjoy your breakfast in room or in the balcony with the maximum comfort. The guest will have anyway full access to the wifi hot spot and the shared computer on the 4th floor.
All the rooms have just been restructured and refurnished in Feb 2009 with taste and elegance, to offer a hotel-style comfort level combined together with the convenience of the bed and breakfast. | |

| Directions | From Termini Station, just take the way out on Via Marsala and proceed on your left in direction of Piazza dei Cinquecento. Then go straight further crossing the street and take Via Volturno. Proceed on Via Volturno for about 150 meters until you find Via Montebello on your right. Proceed on it for about 70 meters and then there you’ll find a little street called VIA DEL MACAO. We are at nr 9 | | Transportation | Metro Lines A and B are just 300 meters away. |

DOUBLE PRIVATE 1ST FLOOR
This room is located on the 1st floor of the” dependance” of the building. It has a private entrance, private bathroom, balcony, independent air conditioning, cable tv with lcd monitor, hairdryer. In a separate corner there are fridge, microwave, boiler, coffee machine. All that the breakfast includes is already in the room and guests may have it whenever they prefer in the room or in the balcony. Guests will have full access to the wifi and the computer on the 4th floor of the same building
The view is on the courtyard which makes this room very quiet
Daily cleaning is provided
STUDIO APARTMENT GROUND FLOOR
This unit is on the ground floor of the building “dependance” with view on the courtyard . It has a private entrance, private bathroom, private fully furnished kitchen, air conditioning, cable tv with lcd monitor, hairdryer.
All that the breakfast includes is already in the kitchen. Guests have full access to the free wifi spot and to the computer on the 4th floor.
