"Sei a Roma" B&B is situated on Via Flaminia Nuova near the Rai centre (Italian Television), Saxa Rubra.
Saxa Rubra is the name given by the Romans to the red tufa rocks which can be seen on Via Flaminia north to Rome.
According to some studies the name Saxa Rubra was already mentioned in operas written by Livio, Tacito and Cicerone. It is said that the red colour of the rocks derives from the blood shedded by the soldiers in the battle of Constantin and Massenzio.

Simply follow indication to ''ROMA NORD'' and then turn at the exit ''SALARIA - FLAMINIA - CASSIA''. Turn at the USCITA 6. IMPORTANT NOTE: there are two exits 6, DO NOT turn at the exit n. 6 towards TERNI! drive slowly, keep the right, turn only at USCITA 6 towards the city centre, where it is written 'FLAMINIO - STADIO - SAXA RUBRA''. Drive on the Via Flaminia towards the centre, after 400 MT. approx, turn right where you see the indication ''SAXA RUBRA - CENTRO RAI''. Then until our address. | | Transportation | From “Leonardo da Vinci” Fiumicino Airport:
- take the direct train "Leonardo Express" to Termini Station, €.15 per person, runs every 30 minutes, route time, 35 minutes.
- from Termini Train Station: (€.1.00 per person) take the Metro A line - direction to Battistini - and get off at Flaminio, route time 6/8 min.
- from Flaminio (full center) take the "line Ferrovia Roma Nord" (the right train is that indicated by an electrical sign ''Servizio Urbano per Monte Bello" on the platform), runs every 10/15 minutes and get off at Centro Rai, route time 15/20 minutes.
Remember to request the stop in advance! Exit to the left and walk for 700mt until our B&B.

From Ciampino Airport:
- take the bus “Atral” to Anagnina, €.1.20 per person, route time 15 minutes.
- from Anagnina, €.1.00 per person, take metro “A” line to Flaminio Station.
- from Flaminio (full center) take the "line Ferrovia Roma Nord" (the right train is that indicated by an electrical sign ''Servizio Urbano per Monte Bello" on the platform), runs every 10/15 minutes and get off at Centro Rai, route time 15/20 minutes.
