The owners will ensure you a warm, simple and comfortable stay at very affordable rates.This B&B is located in the heart of Civitavecchia, a small nice seaport in the north coast of Rome, within 5 minutes walking distance to the shops, the supermarket, the internet point, the beach, the port and the train station which is well connected to Rome(trains to Rome every 30 minutes) | | Each room has twin or double beds with private or shared bathroom, a warm simple interior with TV - WiFi . We can add an extra bed in each Double room (but not into the twin room share wc) that you will pay in cash direct to the b&b(Extra bed 10 Euros per night) - Air Condition on Request (Extra 5 Euro)

Thanks to the important elements situated in the city that confirm the presence of the Etruscan, Roman and Medieval settlements, Civitavecchia is called The Harbour of Rome. | | Directions | To reach us is simple:
- From Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport of Rome:
(1,40 h by train) take the train to Rome Ostiense or Trastevere Train Station and then change the train to Civitavecchia or Grosseto or Pisa stations.
- From Ciampino Airport of Rome (1,50 h by train):
take the bus to Rome Termini Train Station and then the train to Civitavecchia or Grosseto or Pisa stations.
-From the Train Station of Civitavecchia (5 min walking) to Susanna B&B:
From the train Station, take the underpass (sottopassaggio) in order to crossing the station to the other side, then take on your right the street 'Via Bramante' and after two minutes walking take on your left the street 'Via Giacinto Bruzzesi' (number 3)
- From the Port of Civitavecchia (10 min) to Susanna B&B:
