The residence have 9 big studios really welcoming. The apartments' size are between 35/40 sm. 6 apartments with small patio opened to the park are located on ground floor and 3 with a big balcony are located on the first floor.

Large open spaces with a swimming pool immerge in olives tree park, barbecue, playground for kids will contribute to enjoying and relaxing moments during your holiday.

Each studio has kitchen-living-room with table for six peoples, a 2 places sofa-bed, a sleeping room with a big wardrobe and a bathroom with a large shower. The apartments has all the commodities for comfort; air-conditioning, satellite TV, micro-wave, hair-dryer, complete set of sheets and towels , cookeries set and cutleries, internet and also a parking placed in the basement of the residence.

The residence offer also the possibility to include the breakfast for a small adding cost:

  5 euros/per person/per day: Italian breakfast (croissants, bread/butter/jam, cappuccino, coffee, chocolate milk, juice)
  10 euros/per person/per day: International breakfast (variety of meats, eggs, potatoes, cheeses, bread/butter/jam, coffee, chocolate milk, juice)

You could also enjoy the lunch or dinner at our restaurant located only at few meters from the residence. As a guest to our residence, you can get at the reception discount tickets for our restaurant “Al Cacciotore”.
